Thank you for taking the time to visit the Noir Black Chamber of Commerce Inc. website. I am thrilled to share that 2024 was a transformative year for the Chamber and its Noir Black Business Clubs Initiative. Thanks to the generous support we received, we successfully began engaging Black college students in business education and professional skills learning by establishing Noir Black Business Clubs College Chapters at colleges and universities across Kentucky and beyond.

One of our most significant achievements was the development and launch of the national Noirbbc Clubs App for Black youth aged 18-24. This app provides free access to business education, professional skills learning, internships, career placement, apprenticeship and job training opportunities, as well as early mental health and Black community trauma education for both college and non-college-aged Black youth.

These accomplishments have laid the foundation for our ambitious goals in 2025, including:

• Expanding from our current nine Noirbbc Clubs College Chapters to 20-30 additional college chapters nationwide.

• Establishing Noirbbc Clubs City Chapters in cities with existing college chapters to onboard and engage students from other colleges and non-college-aged Black youth.

• Onboarding 10,000 members to the Noirbbc Clubs App 18-24.

• Developing the Noirbbc Clubs App 14-17 to engage high school-aged Black youth in early educational programming.

• Launching Noirbbc Clubs City High School Chapters to extend our impact to Black youth aged 14-17.

These plans are vital to building a robust pipeline of Black entrepreneurs, skilled workers, and corporate professionals. However, none of this can be achieved without your financial support. The world has experienced dynamic changes during and after the Covid pandemic, reshaping life as we knew it. Without proper education and the learning of basic business skills early, life will only become more challenging for our youth. As a small and young nonprofit, led by myself and a few part-time workers, securing the significant funding required for growth has been challenging.
