Noir Black Chamber of Commerce Inc. holds a distinctive position as the sole U.S. Chamber of Commerce specifically focused on the education of Black students aged 9 to 24, allowing it to secure a 501(C)(3) designation. As such, it does not provide conventional services to companies and relies on financial support from Grants, Caring Donors, and Memberships.
