BLACK ENTREPRENEURS & SMALL BLACK BUSINESSES ACROSS AMERICA
The role of a mentor is to encourage the personal and professional development of their protégé by sharing their knowledge, expertise and experience. The mentoring relationship is built on mutual trust, respect and communication. It involves both parties, meeting regularly to exchange ideas, discuss progress and set goals for further development.
In an effort to increase success for black entrepreneurs and small black businesses, NOIR Black Chamber of Commerce has developed an innovative mentoring platform connecting NOIRBCC members with Professional Black Mentors from across America.
By becoming a mentor you are able to join the Chambers' efforts to grow Black America by volunteering their time to provide guidance to innovative black entrepreneurs and emerging black business owners seeking mentoring guidance.
Mentors are able to connect with members easily via a 15 minute cell phone call or video chat.
